Driver Recording is a studio based in SE Portland, Oregon.  We offer you digital recording with Pro-Tools 9, Neumann microphones, Avalon preamps, Manley compression, Waves plug-ins, and a great recording and mix environment, coupled with 22 years of experience to assure that you capture your sound with absolute clarity.  

Equipment may change over the years, but one thing remains true:  Great quality, well-placed mics, a clean signal path, and a great sounding live room (and of course your great performance) are the keys to a great recording

Driver Recording is located in the historic Troy Arts building, at the corner of SE 10th and Ash; just a few blocks from the Doug Fir Lounge on Burnside.  We have recently relocated to a new studio within the same building as Zoppa Room, now taking over "The Vault" studio, previously owned by Brad Wager.
